I called Andy about a problem I was having with a shower replacement. He took time on the phone to explain what he thought the cause might be and the solution. He was good enough to squeeze the job in by coming out on a Saturday. He kept in contact when necessary and arrived exactly at the time he stated.

Andy was a really nice guy to have in the house. He explained what he was doing and why and was determined to sort the problem out. He didn’t rush the job and was very tidy. He quoted the price on the phone, explaining what would affect the price. He got the problem sorted and the end cost was very reasonable. I would have no hesitation in recommending Andy’s services and will definitely use again.
